I am looking for buy and hold properties.Can anyone provide me a few referrals?

If I can find a deal can someone please buy it & finance the construction for buy & holds &/or flipping?

I'm getting married next month, and have been feeling the pressure to buy a condo, that would serve as a home base for me and my wife when I'm in between international assignments (10 days each 4 months) and would hold me and my wife's things (wedding gifts, furniture etc)My biggest problem is that we would only live in the condo about 20% of year, as we would be traveling abroad as part of my job.

We are looking at wholesaling, fix and flips, and eventually buy and holds

My short term plan is focus on buy and hold until I have replaced my I.T. income.  

I've had a desire to invest in buy and hold rentals properties since I was old enough to know what "rent" was. 

I would check into your obligations as a landlord to tenants for your state to make sure that none of the claims hold any merit under this.

I've come across some deals that the seller is willing to hold back a second mortgage of 15% and another deal where the seller was willing to hold back a second of 20%.  

I was wondering where would be the best place to get a loan for a buy-and-hold property for the first time investor I want to see what I can get pre-approved for so I know my price range I can look at any advice is appreciated thank you for your time

I’m ultimately interested in focusing on buy and hold for the long run with single family up to 4-plexes to get a start and build experience.
