What is the best legal entity to use when flipping houses?

We plan on doing flips and rentals as the time goes on and if things go well.For one, we plan to split things 50/50 at this time.  

 Not to beat a dead horse but I’ve had some replies to my former discussion, which indicates to me that in my quest to find my first flip property, not counting the last two houses over the last 4 1/2 years that I have successfully turned over for a profit using 2 30-year conventional loans, I can actually purchase a property using my S Corp.The only problem is,  I would need to live in the property that I am fixing up, as I currently do not have a permanent home-base.

When you do a BRRRR deal of Flip there are 4 distinct areas of costs.

Most of these guys were also flipping  building rehabbing etc.. wholesaling was a big part. 

I'm walking an MLS flip property with a client in Eustis Monday and have an Off Market seller I'm meeting with later in the week who has a distressed 3/1 block house in Apopka. 

I am new to bigger pockets and I been contemplating to invest in rentals or flipping houses in Columbus Ohio.
