Can someone with a lot of experience in TDs and stock-index ETFs compare these two investments in terms of risk-adjusted returns?

From our experience (PA) and that of our colleagues around the country- the general consensus for a modular to be considered "real estate" and not personal property it must :-Be a double wide home minimum-Be permanently affixed to a foundation.

From my experience, I dealt with many contractors, and I am a part time contractor myself, you have to be very tough with them.
