That might be more than 3 pounds worth, but I'd think getting on Ken's mailing list for his newsletter would be necessary reading for dealers or operators trying to do seller financing in this environment today.There is a lot of bad information out there, there is somewhat of an art to interpreting financial rules, regulations and law and they are not written for public consumption, in fact, they aren't really written for the average attorney but for specialists in that arena. :) 

As long as you had the width, it would go over just about anything.A friend of the environment they are not, but if you don't mind living at the gas station, they're a lot of fun.

(I think of the environment when it comes to mining, production, and recycling, also cost.)

This should qualify as the capital improvement for Opportunity Zone too.Also better for environment is a plus. 

I am taking a real estate course and, to be of value to people who have money to invest, I am studying the real estate environment and analyzing properties in my neighborhood, Boerum Hill, in Brooklyn, New York.This may not sound useful, but years ago when my parents were alive my father was a strict saver.

Funds provide the ability to refi cash back to investors much quicker and more reliably than an MF deal in a very compressed cap rate environment.

Constantly being in an environment with those who have "walked the walk" will do wonders for you because THAT will give you first hand experience and get you one step closer to your end goals.  

A structured environment, like school, makes this easier (although it is not essential either).  

Maybe it is your current micro environment that is causing the issue vs. the entire macro environment of engineering. 

The quality of the house , environment and relative to value...East Bay is much better than South Bay.
