I think this might be a low point because the Canadian government is trying to pump the housing market before the election next year by lowering rates, relaxing mortgage insurance conditions etc.

Rates are starting to drop fairly fast and for primary homes they are already down 1.25% from earlier this year. 

Here's why this happens:The ARR is simply the average of the annual returns, without considering the actual capital invested or how much money is lost or gained over time.

This is still a general rule of thumb so it won't always work.

While I have little to no experience in real estate, I'm eager to learn and explore the strategies needed to achieve my goals in this field.
