If you have a website it should be posted prominently on its own page.We can list off our desires and wants all we want, but if all the information doesn't register with the agent then they're likely to only pick up on the information they want to hear.

Keeping that in mind if I focus on the area that I know the best (small multi-family), in the locations I know the best (Tucson and Phoenix), I will be able to analyze a deal effectively and determine if i am able to get the return that I desire
