Over the last couple days I've had two cancellations, and a handful more inquiries change their destinations due to the record daily peaks here in Florida.

Rates may even go lower in October... work on the FICO score by paying everyone on time, pay down balances to less than 68% of the line  This is not a commitment to lend, rates change daily, equal opportunity lender

Look for a solid CRM, website, lead generation tools, coaching - especially in the form of daily/weekly open forum round tables, company stocks and a bonus for recruiting other agents to your brokerage.Good luck in your search!

Daily action is the way to go. 

With multiple vacancies I would honestly post on FB yourself and experience what happens - when I post an ad in a town of 100,000 people for a unit I get probably 10-20 inquiries daily. 

They try to use the same basic strategies, and if they don't work...they force it, and rationalize that it did work...just not as well as they "assumed" it would.They try to farm leads, instead of develop sources, and think that volume of leads = success.  

You will not save interest charges by paying before the due date because interest is not calculated on a daily basis.

I would say this is particularly true in low volume, heavily owner-oc areas.

The margins are razor thin and frankly, not worth anyone’s time unless you have the efficiency of large volumes.
