I would echo the advice to buy a quality used car in the 5-10k range and invest the rest of the money.As a side note, anytime you see lower than 5% interest on consumer products like cars, jewelry, solar panels, whatever... it is always done by the retailer increasing the price and using that money to buy down the interest rate.

Now that I have done so, I feel a little more comfortable putting myself out there.As a new member and amateur, some things that I have already learned are: This business is not easy, it is time consuming, it is not a get rich quick process and it requires a lot of hard work and motivation.

Ufmip, mip, fees, qualifiers are all part of the atr(ability to repay) laws put in place to protect consumers.
