I'm trying not to get too far ahead of myself but as we go through the closing process I was looking for some input or references in regards to the following services in the area:- cleaning crew for STR quick turnarounds - co-host or property management (I'm willing/able to perform the clerical/admin duties but would need someone for "on-call" needs, resupplies and property spot checks)- reliable handyworkers- Interior paintersI apologize if a recent thread like this exists and if so I'll be happy to remove this post and educate myself over there.

@Derek Tellier hosts a monthly meet up also and I have made some good connections there from lenders to HVAC, and just some nice investors.  

Guests are giving our property rave reviews, and we are enjoying being hosts to many people from around the country and even around the world. 

I host a meetup at four sons brewery in HB but if that is not your cup of tea there are other meetups happening in the area. 

Each host has to do what they are comfortable with.  

We host a few meetups in MA under the name Pints and Properties and you can find more info in the Events tab here on BP. 

Brandon Hall hosts a pretty good podcast called the Real Estate CPA.

Look at the calendars and pricing for those properties to see the demand, and then even contact the hosts directly and ask them about their success with the properties.

Everything is done on a line by line sheet of cost and uploaded on a cloud-based system so that you are kept up to date with everything.

I manage cleaners, co hosts, find the properties, contractors(if work needed, value add).
