Everything was pretty much done and as I was doing the final walk through I thought a nice fresh coat of paint in the unit would be a good finishing touch.Now, I value my time so by no means was I going to paint it myself, especially on a weekend.

When I owned my residence, I spent a lot of evenings/weekends doing updates, doing general maintenance, cleaning/mowing the yard, etc.

They will be charging you extra to come after hours or on the weekend.

His group does a morning-afternoon workshop (usually the weekend after the court-house auctions on the first Tuesday of the month in Bexar County).  

Then you daughter makes those appointments to see the inside in one day grouping.The goal is you do not want to waste your time as an agent or the buyers but you tell them to see how they like the outside so they do not waste time looking at stuff they know they will not like.Being a residential buyers agent takes a ton of time versus a listing agent because you can have 10 listings to sell but cannot show as one agent to ten different buyers all on the weekend when they want to see things.

I have an appointment this weekend with my agent to check out the property.

It's not a licensed business but rather just a mom and pop style Christmas Tree Farm that is a one-man show by someone who doesn't really keep books and records or anything.

I'm going to check out a few properties in PA this weekend for my first investment and am particularly excited about this one.
