When property is distributed from an S-Corporation, and is depreciable in the hands of the acquirer, that gain is (very likely) going to be ORDINARY - ouch!

From what I understand, the process appears to be relatively synonymous, but dealing with foreign payments and foreign entities is unchartered territory for me, and I want to make sure I deal with closing and managing this property in the right way.
