@Alex S.Everything else was as advertised.He even said he could direct me to a place that rents grills.What baffles me is why has no one else complained about this false advertising.I sent him screen shots of where it cleared showed a grill was provided under amenities.

I use the HUD form rather than the one that @Ned Carey supplied:"Protect your Family From Lead" brochureYou can print the pages from the PDF two on one side so that you don't use as much paper; ink will be used no matter what.And you also want to get the federal form disclosing the lead paint situation:http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/documents/huddoc?
