I don't suggest putting all of your cash in one project, rather find some lenders (feel free to PM me, I can help with this as well) that can do loans based off of the property itself and not your personal income/assets.

Obviously we typically talk about brrr as finding a distressed property and making sure that all-in with rehab costs, the project costs around 75% of ARV in order to do the cash-out refi after seasoning. 

By nature, my understanding is that flipping houses is considered active income, however, I don't do any of the work and I don't manage the projects.

We suspect yes but it’s a 14 year mega community build project, we are looking at one of the first homes phase 2.

Just closed our 3rd deal of the year, (got two more in the pipeline) started a commercial project, launching more multifamily stuff, and done some very important restructuring of internal roles.Get pumped!

Hello All, I am looking for a handyman or company in the KC, KS area to do a small project. 

I don't live here anymore, but buy here and am currently here doing a renovation project. 

I am looking to add heat to my attic and I have so far had 3 companies come out to look at the project and provide me with a quote.1 of them gave me an answer on the spot but the other 2 have not reached back out to me and it's been long enough for me to think they won't be reaching out at all.Is this common?
