Plus I am tired of paying out rent!

My mistake was fragmentation i tired to make 5 x 2000sqft spaces and ended up making 2 of them functionally obsolecent.

Kicking the tires on a bunch of different properties would not typically count - that is investor type activity. 

Well, I got tired of replacing rooms full of carpet because of sodie pop spills and went to a chocolate brown.

It's really just another way to screen people and tell the serious applicants from the tire kickers.

This would become quite burdensome and tiring for me personally, but everybody's different. 

We have owned the 3 rentals for over 10 years and are tired of the dismal appreciation.  

The seller didn't mention any of this to me, and not long after I took over, I got work from the dealer the seller never got before, and being the best known tire dealer in the area, sold many more tires as the dealer put new tires on cars for sale.

Sellers get really tired of getting these letters all of the time so you need to break the ice with them.
