I agree with Matthew about nothing wrong them them doing it themselves, but the rates should be competitive. 

Good Morning all, am in the process of selling my coop first per loan officer and will be buying coop (2bedroom) pending sale of unit on contract we signed- my question is when I do my taxes will I be hit with anything ?

Would this be a letter of intent or promissory note?

I was a little busy dealing with the hurricane (buttoning up both rental properties as well as my primary home) and evacuated myself on the 8th.  

It can be highly profitable but making quick repairs  is the number one way to stay profitable. 

Their bank will mail a check monthly but the preference is to be fully automated and timely (not waiting for the mail and to make the deposit).

I still may be low also .  

Anyways, whats to be done with this?
