Thanks Will BarnardI think I got my answer on my question on this equity & REO.I think the best bet is look at the property, run some comps, and see if the REO is indeed a good deal or not.

@Steve Babiak , I bet he can link an a thread about a year or so ago on the topic, touches on several aspects.To make it seem bigger as if there were partners, you could name it:Dewy, Chetum & Howe LLC........Well, maybe not, LOL :)

I'll bet that'll get me some tenants who are a bit classier, likely older, and have a better financial life.
