i recently looked at a park for sale, and I would recommend going to the park with the owner/agent and spending some time with them walking through the park, taking pictures/video, asking all your due diligence questions and speaking to tenants if they are outside and friendly.

On the west coast we have a fantastic website called www.foreclosureradar.com.It basically scrapes Notice of Default and Notice of Trustee Sale foreclosure information off county websites and puts it in an easy to use format for its members to access.Does anyone know of a similar website in the rest of the US?
