So for some reason finding a roommate every now and then seems stressful.

Also, Instead of just trying to get a P&S contract with the seller and stressing myself to find a buyer to assign It to in time, I'd rather carry a note and actually have rights to the lot so if I choose to keep it and build on it in the near future, then I still have the option to do so.

Now, I daydream about closeness and freedom from fear and stress.
