This is a great little area ,it’s got a lot going for it as mentioned above plus they have started work on the $500 million judicial Centre ,a little east of here towards twin aire and if you’re feeling brave and have good risk tolerance and cash you could look at streets north and south of English near Twin Aire .Good potential there ,it will take time though 

Either that or find a lender that will let you keep the separate loans (rather than paying for additional closing costs) and cross collateralize them on a line of credit.

I believe this will drive down their prices as additional A-Class units come online and vacancies creep up.

In addition, I also further evaluated rents in that area and unfortunately, I had those a bit too high.

Especially if higher returns can be made without much additional effort.

The Downside on the Duplex is there isn't much value add. It's
