I am a huge fan and I have a discount code if you want to reach out for it. 

Just get a good cleaner and handyperson and keep up on the maintenance of the mechanicals (furnace, water heater etc) and you will reduce problems tremendously. 

Are you listing as a Realtor or getting sellers that want to sell at discounts?

I don't think it's worth discounting their income, in fact their methods can be used as a market litmus test on how to operate.

If you plan on selling (or refinancing) before, it doesn’t make sense to buy discount points
