This is for Chris - what have you found the best vehicle to invest in partial notes?

My parents exposed me to residential real estate investment at an early age through their rental property retirement vehicle.

That is, you end up owning real estate under a tax shelter vehicle as well as in a capital gains vehicle.

The lower part of his yard had an immaculate putting green.Our mixed use commercials are still very much in demand as the tenants need space for a workshop, equipment storage, work vehicles, security & their wives don't want that clutter at their homes.

Because in any/every investment vehicle that has become a "normalized" thing, there is scams.

But it's not a long term investment vehicle, nor should it be for anyone(aside for an emergency fund), hyperinflation or not.- Real estate I imagine this is one that is of the most interest on this board.

To me that is good debt since you use your vehicle for work and you used the money to invest.  

In the U.S.A and Canada, there are a similar vehicles, commonly referred to as a "reverse mortgages" and "life estates."

Then you have to make a decision - either change your criteria or find another investment vehicle (SFH's in another area?)
