I eventually hope to  drive paid traffic through ppc or Facebook. 

I have tried paid FB advertising to drive traffic to open houses......

@Jay HinrichsMy messages and traffic don't really hold up the that dim perception, Jay.

Along with routes from say Denver to KC  across Texas etc etc Routes with long hauls and no population or cross traffic.

There are plans for restaurants, shops, recreation, multi use trail paths, beautification, easing of traffic, more residential units, more business centers and the area hopes to attract those who enjoy living in the city, but also want a sense of space and greenery.

I saw an uptick in web traffic using Google analytics, but that's about it.  

This is often done by driving for dollars, bandit signs, sending out mailers, posting online ads, driving traffic to a website, etc (needless to say, these things have a cost, whether it is time or money or whatever. 

I'll talk about the difference between the two.For google search, your ads can appear with Google search results and on other search sites when your keywords are relevant to a user's search.Google the defines its display network as an opportunity help you reach people while they’re browsing their favorite websites, showing a friend a YouTube video, checking their Gmail account, or using mobile devices and apps.Problem with the display is its reaching people higher in the funnel, thus costing more to convert.With the metrics your giving I believe a large chunk of your traffic is going to display.Use "search only".Hoped I helped the community, and if anyone has any question feel free to reach out.- Angel-Ty L.

Over time things have degraded so much they simply don't notice.Not to mention, the crime, the traffic, the cost of living, the cost of entering the housing market, no cash flow, and the crazy politics.
