You don't want to look back on this one day and regret not taking action.

Too many folks (myself included) register an LLC as one of their first "action" steps but it's really just going to cost you time and money and does not serve any purpose until you have your first property.

Right now when lots of asset classes are peaking and trading at crazy price levels the upside seems low and the risk seems high.

We are all responsible for our own actions however your rights end where another’s begin.

I am now at the point where I feel like I need to take action whether that be networking, property analysis practice, obtaining a RE license, etc.

There's already more and more inventory hitting the market now all over the country, so I would start taking action and do it!
