What parts of town do you lend in?

I DO have a multi family already with a VA loan, but I currently have it listed to sell, and on top of that, all of my family is in the town I’ve found this building in, annnddd I’m making more money than ever.

The zoning board and the city or town council are a good place to start.

I wasn't interested in RE investing at the time but I've kept in touch with him as friends and have been able to run quick questions by him from time to time, and any time his dad is in town I "kidnap" him, take him to dinner at his favorite ethnic restaurants, and pick his brain.

However, I need to stay in my current town for school, and it’s difficult to find any small multi-family deals in my area.

It is in a great part of town and also has an excellent school zone.

A lake view maybe and close to town seem to do the best.

. : )I'm currently now in Acworth, and I like this side of town (Woodstock, Marietta, Roswell, Acworth, etc.) as a place of focus for investing.

Most of the old warehouses vacant and for sale for $1 around here are really tough locations so spending millions to upgrade an old building to be in a C or D class area is not that enticing.My family used to own a large warehouse for dry ice production and distribution as the neighborhood turned to crap between the 1950's and 1980's they moved into a bigger building in a nicer part of town.
