Based on your other applicant it sounds like you are priced correctly but when people start asking for discounts up front which is fairly common I see that as a bad sign and move on.

I'm not sure of the regs but I moved some money from my Trad IRA and Roth to SDIRA's years ago.The fees are largely based on transactions not asset value. 

Sell it...based on your post if you rent this I can almost 100% guarantee you will feel angst and concern with every tenant.

For sure mate,I bet in higher end markets where you are based in, it's mostly clients F@$#%ing over the contractors..In Toledo, it's the other way around.We mostly get screwed over by contractors heheHappy Saturday 😁
