Although I have vacationed many times and love the area, any information on Pismo would be great--from a business perspective.Any other advice, tips or tricks are welcomed!!!!

Once again, if you ask 10 people for their investing criteria you'll get 10 answers, but over time you'll develop your own criteria based on what's a good deal for you in your particular market.

Maintenance costs don’t usually decrease over the years, so if you go with landscaping that needs care, expect your costs to increase over time.

Newcomers and tourists worry about them all the time but in 170 years we’ve only had THREE category 3 hurricanes or greater hit Myrtle Beach.

I have a management firm that has filed the necessary paperwork and received a judgment, but it is apparently a time consuming process to then get a writ of restitution and then to schedule the sheriff to evict.

So if they are leaning towards more protected, private credit type offerings, then you will have an easier time raising.
