I like Rentredi a lot it is easy to use, tenants can quickly submit maintenance request and I can have my handymen take care of it directly without my coordination, tenants like that they can have their rents reported to the credit bureaus also although there is a fee for the tenants and the application is pretty thorough.

You need to screen them thoroughly and determine the facts, not just get starry eyed over what "seems" to be a perfect Tenant.
