Personally I am a big fan of the smaller local meetups - those tend to be more about personal relationships/ supporting each other.

The more knowledge and support (your team) you have the more confident you can be investing anywhere. 

Or, do you figuratively assign it a "rent" figure to support the overall Cashflow (or potential cashflow) of the property?

The errors must be a) substantial to the result or b) so numerous that they illustrate incompetence.

Therefore I help those that I know need it most.Also, I see great benefits to Landlording this way.If tenants hate your guts, it is most likely the tenant will be looking for anything that you do wrong to sue you.If tenants love you, they will stick up for you and support you in case others try to sue you, for instance, a person who supposedly slips on your property.

Once people start going hungry, once people can't afford clothing, once retirement funds lose 80% of their value, it may become politically possible for politicians to change their position and support a return to economic activity despite an increase in death counts.

I've spoken with numerous hard money lenders at this point and it seems like all of them have suspended their refinance programs.
