Hey guys, I been following Grant Cardone, read the "10X rule" "Be obsessed or be average " etc but I feel like the Grant's message is a bit contradictory to what our BP contributors are suggesting(start small and work your way up).

Hi everyone,Looking for an accountant that is familiar with start-up real estate companies investing out of state.I can't make it to the next REI Group in Warwick, so suggestions welcome.  

I am open for any suggestions whether it is for a rental property or any other way to invest my savings.

I would recommend doing as @Bryan Chuchta suggested.  

All I am suggesting is to dig deeper, find out if it is possible and if so go for it. 

I would suggest going by whatever the lease states.

I'd be happy to talk to you about where you're starting and what you're good at/what you like to do to see if a path suggests itself.

If you have no or limited experience I wouldn't suggest this route.  

Sorry I do not have any suggestions or advise but I would love to know what others suggest and advise for you since I am wondering the same for my self.

As it stands my knowledge is pretty basic, just what I've learned browsing the forums and gleaming through materials online, but I'm a quick study and want to really make an effort My specific areas of interest are wholesaling, buy and hold for rent purposes, and flipping once I become knowledgeable enough about the Philadelphia market.
