There have been talks about starting an official brokerage and having the schools be a major client and start seeking outside work doing investments and leasing.

My inspiration after contacting 100 potential investors to create my Dream 25 List is now stemming from all the "Sure, I'll invest with you" a few months back to *ring ring ring* *voicemail* aka *crickets*.The thing about disappointment as an entrepreneur is that you can re-calibrate and go at it again..It's so easy to be discouraged, it's so easy to throw in the towel, it's so easy to convince yourself that this may not be your strong suit.. 

We assist our clients with this very problem, often.

@Chris Mason  I never targeted those incarcerated but like anyone who has been doing this long enough certainly have had clients go there.. and have had docs signed there. .buying and selling..

Russell Brazil so you wouldn't be willing to put in an offer for a client and negotiate with a seller because you value your time?

BK attorneys for the borrower have gotten very crafty these days in ways to try to protect their clients and make the note holders very uncomfortable. 

@Ken Otsuka I strongly recommend that for an SFR you attend to everything having to do with curb appeal. 

Tampa seems to be a strong market with more potential growth.
