I skip over all the 50-100 home neighborhoods, storage facilities, fast casual dining, and autoparts stores that sprout up, those have become almost too common to notice until HOA's get into heated battles with developers over access rights (and usually win). 

Given this, location may only be relevant to the extent that there are basic, lower wage jobs in the area (restaurants, walmarts, dollar stores, etc) and will continue to be.

The other great thing about Zillow is that you can store your listing for future re-listings.

The former is not a sure thing but it typically means "build it & they will come" and the latter (not always), but is typically going to be a deal-killer.Almost no one will move forward without doing this Market Study on their own, as well as having this completed by an outside 3rd Party Feasibility Study prior to designing & planning plans, let alone breaking ground.In brief, if they're building, it's because all signs point to the fine folks in San Antonio needing more places to store their treasures.I hope this helps.

The only thing I woulddo is cover the windows so peoplecan't see what inside and buy a POD if necessary for your contractors to store tools.
