Way too dry!

I have to wash my mostly nonexistent hair then watch the paint dry someplace.

The core issues still stems from the cost of said debt.

For example, what good is a bunch of dry cleaners in a town where the company with the well paid suit wearers just went out of business. 

You can get a rock star....or someone that will suck you dry and not answer your calls. 

@Rusty Thompson I know this sounds weird but we really miss the rain (we live on the dry side of the island, so we have maybe 5 rainy days/year). 150 rainy days is a lot though and might make us SAD ;) Thanks for your input also on ARVs - really appreciate it!

Keep in mind that you may be liable for a child, visitor, or even him getting injurer on site... or for some other damage (kids burn the house down or who-knows-what) that stems from his inappropriate use of the single family home.  

However, if he addresses the "nothing major" leaks reference above, he might just stem the flow from his wallet.Leak or no leak, sub-metering (if possible) is the way to go with water.  

Credit and criminal is cut and dried.

If you decide to do this keep substantial powder dry for the "what if's" that are really just "when's" waiting to happen.The quality of a deal is not found in comparison with other deals.
