I understand what you mean generally, but perhaps you could give a specific example?

First learn what this is, and then develop it, with specific financial steps, with each step a prerequisite for the next, just like developing a college curriculum.All three must work together...at all times. 

The more specific, the better.You may know people that would be interested in investing.

Is there a specific neighborhood you are targeting?  

It is a separate area of tax law, and it is also country-specific. 

Why partner with him rather than just hire him since his contribution to the deal is specifically what you would hire him for anyways?

Also, if you are in Los Angeles County, make sure they know all of the new legal changes with tenancy specific to your area.
