Not really sure how this translates to the potential of Industrial Storage / Industrial Useage though .On the bldg under consideration of the 65,000 sq ft I am thinking the positive features are the 6 Shipping doors and the ability to drive a tractor trailer inside the bldg if need be . that I would not want to change and I am further thinking that I would save about 5,000 sq ft for that purpose . this is all to the rear of the bldg . 

I think friends and family can be a good source, also we've talked with some of our wholesale buyers about them becoming a private lender for us.

I searched in Property Appraisers, property shark, and any source of information where i can find the owners current address or any type of contact info but all i get is that address where the house is vacant but obviously no one lives there, kinda strange but i would like to hear from experts on how you find property owners because im new to this and been trying to get my first deal under agreement to wholesale.

But if you actually read the FCRA, it covers all third party sources of information, so if you get eviction or criminal reports from a third party rather than getting those from the courthouse yourself, then the FCRA applies and a letter complying with the provisions of the FCRA is in order. 

I was involved in purchasing a property and our lending source fell through.

For example i have great credit and money to invest but haven't had the time to source for deals to invest in so im keeping an eye out for those with deals looking to partner.
