Hello,Please i need a real estate lawyer that can review construction contract, currently need someone to review a contract i have with a contractor to work on a project for me. 

They took it back and had is audited and redone by someone "whose been doing this for a long time" and when I got it back, the updated amount due was literally a fraction of what they initially stated (my taxes due were literally overstated by like $15k)But then, someone else reviewed it one more time and again, they caught something else they "missed" which changed my amount due again and it went up by another $4k or so.At this point, I've called in my old tax preparer and she's doing her own audit so that we can compare the 3 returns TS has given me with what she gets — which is another expense incurred for me. 

Or see if someone is willing to give you a "gift" for the downpayment. 3.

If I borrow money from someone directly what is the proper way of doing that?

I may look into those as someone who is just starting in out-of-state investment, although I think they may have some pros and cons. 

I'm looking for recommendations for someone who has experience structuring loans to minimize the taxes for me as well as either a service or software to maintain the loan, writing the note properly and how to receive payments etc.

I think looking to get face-time with someone who is experienced in this specific situation and market status would be really helpful to answer some internal questions and provide guidance and external motivation to make a decision and get moving. 

From my research it seems prices have gone up a lot in recent years so I am wondering if this strategy is still a feasible option for someone looking to start with a SFH for 150k or below, adding value with a rehab and getting a high enough appraisal to make it work.
