(He was a tenant in the home)4) Seller was told by his back Doctor that he was going to be unable to walk up the staircase in his home and should consider selling before the scheduled surgery which was 10 days away.5) Seller didn’t have time to clean the kitchen and was too embarrassed to allow strangers in… Kitchen was so full of trash and dishes that were unclean that one could hardly walk to the sink.6) Seller was being abused by his wife and didn’t want to explain the fist holes in the walls and doors.7) Seller ran a multi room internet porn café out of his house and didn’t want anyone to know or impede his income.8) Double homicide where the bodies were left for a week… (Smelled like money)9) Seller hated real estate agents so much that he refused to earn more money by selling himself or hiring them.10) I could see the sky through the ceiling and the seller didn’t have money for the repairs.

There are 2 bottom cabinets along the long arm, a corner sink, with the dishwasher to the right of the sink.

I say this not to discourage you from entering the industry, but managing 100 units with no prior experience would be a difficult sink or swim scenario, in my opinion.

- People who were over leveraged or in the wrong markets and the wrong sectors - Folks who bought negative or near negative cash flow and then got caught short and had to sell.Real estate investors in it for the long haul sit tight while the ship is sinking so they can be the first salvage crew on site.
