We do not charge a fee or try to sell anything there.

I am looking to charge for that $200 electric bill when it is usually $60.   

Turn it into a business rather than thinking about 1 single transaction 

Are we as home owner’s responsible for tenant charges accumulated during move out?

Buying student rentals at the moment is incredibly complicated, though- areas that have been students for decades were just rezoned so that no more than 2 unrelated occupants can be in a single unit.

We have a local guy who has lots of money but he charges 3 points and 12% 6 month term, he would be the back up plan for most people since that's on the expensive side.
