As the title says I am looking for opinions on my startup company SellWell.

I personally think these sheets are better than what I’ve seen on commercial software primarily because I built them from an investor’s perspective based on our priorities.

The equity that you mention, is that just the FMV less the loan balance or is that the appreciation on the property?

On some properties we still see multiple offers and some offers over asking price, especially if they are in decent condition and price is attractive.Depending on your hold timeframe, I'd look at places around the outskirts of DFW area. 

They usually meet on a Tuesday.
