Hello everyone, my question is I’m going into real estate investing with my father, we are going to form a LLC and invest and manage rental properties within and I want to develop properties in it as well.

I’m afraid of getting sued so I was thinking of refinancing the home under a newly formed LLC (Probably Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate Financing – I will personally guarantee the loan) and put the title under the LLC too.

Hi,I am looking for a real estate lawyer either in NYC or Jersey City to draft up an operating agreement for a multi-member LLC but having a hard time coming across one.If we can use the same lawyer for closing on a property - that would be preferred. 

Would our original LLC have to Quitclaim properties to me personally or another entity I create for title holding purposes before selling the down leg properties?
