My brother owns and operates a dumpster/container business.  

Start looking for don't want-ers who will finance or family members with vision enough to switch over to a self directed IRA and finance your next deal. 

I have a few storage tanks and some shipping containers to store equipment.

I had less than 3 rentals for over 5 years and covered under umbrella insurance, also because I was self managing them and doing have work myself which the LLC won’t really cover against (ie the LLC would be solid but if I personally repair something or do the lease/screening wrong as the property manager they can just sue me directly).

You can list your property but buyer can't submit the application until 90 days past in FHA loan.
