@Scott Patterson I haven't tried Gastonia yet but I've looked In Concord, Kannapolis area and its the same thing, I just don't see the rents making up for the cost of the house unless you are buying something that basically needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

well jon I don't have tenants but we have about 1500 notes out at servicing company so I can see the benefit in that.. and I have 8 figures in construction loans with banks..
