@Ryan Huddleston, if that LLC is a disregarded entity (it doesn't file a tax return and you are the only member) then you're really the tax payer anyway so moving it back and forth should be no problem. 

Jason provided some awesome recommendations on securing a reputable GC, like tying the funding to completion of work, requiring the appraiser submit updates before funds are released and working with GCs who use a net 30 payment cycle, and also going and meeting these various professionals face to face in the market your prospecting.

Like if they are an hour past the time go file for eviction otherwise you will be on here in 3 months writing a post entitled I bought a property 3 months ago at a tax sale and I still haven't gotten possession.
