In order to have great returns in Montreal, you have to buy great deals which you are rarely going to find on the open market.

Cheap is rarely inexpensive.

^^ That is correct Donald.For me , i was dealing with cast iron, but had (as a back up plan) figured out a way to use a combination of the pvc offset flange with the mating seal for flange that would mate to cast iron.

Many ask and are told it is a good idea to rent their personal home, I believe it is vary rarely a good idea.I prefer to invest where my money will earn it's keep.
