Once the repairs were completed I had to produce the "Certificate" evidencing we were certified to make such repairs.Where the lab and outside lead remediation contractor come into place is when you are given a specific violation stating this requirement.

So you see, these other people here are major players in our market and hard to believe, though I do like heated discussions I dont really want to rock the boat and have other guys calling me blasting me bc I sent one of their buyers a post card solicitation in the mail.

The agents would go to the farms, count the live-stock, then tell the farmers what to produce, and how to produce it.

I hear some guy in Phoenix, Arizona is rocking it.

My co-investor/mentor has said this realtor runs hot/cold with finding profitable properties, and that he suspects the realtor submits others offers of larger clients ahead of his at times - but does produce profitable properties.

Unemployment is running about 2% lower than the national average here in Little Rock.

(It is upside down)I also wonder if this may be because they cannot produce the note and I'm hearing of lots of people disputing their mortgages because the note has been sold so many time that no one really knows where it is.

It's already income producing and is bringing in about $90k a year at 30% occupancy.
