Effectively immediately you should see a significant improvement in mortgage rates on Investment Properties and Second HomesFHFA announces they are suspending certain provisions from the preferred stock purchase agreement, which caused big hits to the pricing adjustment on Investment properties and Second homes, among many other affects a.k.a higher interest rates.combined with the removal of the adverse market fee earlier this summer there is a real opportunity to refinance any investment property or second home purchased/refinanced since the summer of 2020

@Dominick Galinis...maybe its personal preference...these are plain folks just living life day-by-day...it's pretty amazing really...some are dipshit hillbillies, but most are good people...easy to work with...and they don't ask for much...and appreciate having a safe place to live...they do what they can to keep their home.

I prefer the bigger ones because it’s more doors together so your expenses are consolidated and if one unit is vacant the others support it.

Obviously depends on what level of investing you are at, but nonetheless…Do you prefer older units that typically will cash flow more, but also have more maintenance, etc. or newer properties that you pay a premium for with less up front cash flow, yet long term upside in reduced maintenance, appreciation, etc.
