Schwab has some tool like their intelligent portfolio that you can use for free.could also roll it into self directed IRA and invest it in real estate....but I like the diversification of having some money in the stock market.

@Michael TaylorI was also thinking the $1500 monthly profit sounds high on a $70k house, but more power to you if those are the numbers!

(Also to find agents and brokers in your market, Bigger Pockets has a great tool for that on the website, outside of that use Facebook groups; just search “your city real estate” and you can likely find a lot of locals in the field who you can reach out to.)

(Might need to pay your broker) Joe is right, you need a big tool box, then you can fix anything, if you only carry a screw driver you are limited to the transactions you can fix.

I went pro about a month ago an I have used the analyzing tools for a lot of deals.I bought my first home on December and now I am about to buy a investment property to start building my rental portfolio.
