I just don't understand people ...46 days ago they passed all the hurdles and gave me $2000 now they're walking down the street with trash bags...wtf that's also one nice thing about those type of tenants they have basically zero possessions..

We currently possess a 5013c which makes all donations and grants tax deductible which has really helped.

@Anthony Dooley whether you rent a house where people live, a commercial space where a business is occupied, a storage space where possessions are stored or land that is farmed; it is all real estate investing.

I am very interested in learning more about the Michigan market.I also like that it still possesses a stigma with most investors as that will give other "black sheep" (like myself haha) more time to purchase cheap.Thanks for reading.

The present owner has recently filed for a writ of possession.

-Seller shall maintain property in good working order until Buyer takes possession.

Simple: have the seller provide the unit empty upon possession.

If the relationship were still good and the property didn't require any work prior to new tenant taking possession, then I probably would.
