One big advantage of that is that you can more easily deny nuisance tenants who claim their pet is some sort of service animal, but have no certification of that except a certificate from an internet site.

@Cristian Rivera Before you advertise, be sure you've narrowed it down to your criteria of what types of people you're targeting (i.e. smoker/non-smoker, pets/no pets, etc) and how many people (i.e. one person, two people, etc).
