If you have had success leasing yourself why stop because you put furniture in it?

Should always have a separate fence around an outdoor pool, not just on rental properties, but at your own home.

Tenants often do things like hide damage with furniture or rugs, hoping to not pay.

We are targeting neighborhoods with a lot of young professionals and young families that value community, outdoors, etc., (and that fits who I am, too), so we want a name that can become synonymous with clean, comfortable, fresh and authentic housing.

We are rehabbing a unit and it is one of the few we have with private outdoor space.

This included indoor/outdoor paint and lawn care improvements.
