The short answer is you will pay interest only for 12 months on what you borrow and have to repay the full balance of the loan at the end of the 12 month term.

Better to just go with a traditional lender.I was originally going to use a traditional lender but it would take longer to close deals, I don’t mind paying the higher rate if I’m getting it fast.

The original exit was to sell, but with the slowing market I would be lucky to sell for $440-450k at a $50-60k loss.
